With our modern spaces that easily be modified to fit your event and gastronomy that is way and beyond we dare to promise you a successful function. No requests are impossible for us and we gladly help planning the event together with you. During the years we’ve co-operated with plenty of great people and companies. Therefore we can also assist you if you need some entertainment or a special theme.

The menus are adjusted depending on the season, some ingredients may vary.
SNACKS & CANAPÉS
The snacks from till kitchen always varies depending on the season and which ingredients that is in season at the time. However, we always offer three different snacks; one vegetarian, one with fish/seafood and one with meat.

Our bread serving with two different newly baked breads from our bakery and a lightly whipped butter
Starters
Grilled scallop with variation of freshly harvested pumpkin and carrot from Solmarka Farm,
served with lobster sauce flavored with chili from our garden
Or
Baked egg royale with mushrooms from the local forests, served with grilled leeks, soured kohlrabi,
crispy bread chips from Bröd & Sovel and a vinaigrette on fir shoots
Main course
Cod loin baked in butter with grilled pointed cabbage and a variation on broccoli, served with pickled red onion, iced celery, freshly harvested herbs from our garden and roasted white wine sauce with trout roe and dill

Corn chicken breast from Munka-Ljungby fried with herbs from the garden and terrine on confit thigh and
black trumpet mushroom, served with roasted cauliflower, cauliflower purée, savoy cabbage tossed in butter and
velouté sauce flavored with lemon thyme from our garden and sea buckthorn oil

Sirloin steak from selected farms with a variation of cauliflower, savoy cabbage tossed in butter,
served with a potatoe terrine with aged hard cheese and a sauce flavored with lemon thyme from our garden
Dessert
Bröd & Sovel’s chocolate dessert in a glass with praliné-bavaroise, toffee, dark chocolate mousse,
brownie and salt-roasted hazelnuts
