With our modern spaces that easily be modified to fit your event and gastronomy that is way and beyond we dare to promise you a successful function.  No requests are impossible for us and we gladly help planning the event together with you. During the years we’ve co-operated with plenty of great people and companies. Therefore we can also assist you if you need some entertainment or a special theme.

The snacks from till kitchen always varies depending on the season and which ingredients that is in season at the time. However, we always offer three different snacks; one vegetarian, one with fish/seafood and one with meat.

Starter
PMs own stirred whitefish roe with a variation of German asparagus, served with crispy radish, potatoes from Vassmolösa, herbs and an oil with chlorophyll

Main course
Herb baked corn-fed chicken breast from Munka-Ljungby with a crispy nugget, potato- and hard cheese terrine, luke-warm salad of fresh white cabbage, baked yellow beets, ramson, pan-seared scallions and a gravy with roasted cumin

Dessert
Helena’s rhubarb dessert served in a glass with vanilla bavaroise, freshly cooked rhubarb compote, lemon glace and rhubarb crème, oat crunch and Italian meringue

Soup of nettles with a baked organic egg from Gårdsby, served with crunch of sourdough croutons from Bröd & Sovel and bacon from Vimmerby, boiled turnip, grated organic Havgus-cheese 24 months and herbs

Butter fried trout from Tjärö, variation of cauliflower, lightly-smoked carrots from Botulf, onions tossed in butter, spinach and a pickled fennel and dill, served with a light white wine sauce flavored with Pernod

Dessert
Our confectioners classical chocolate dessert served in a glass with a caramelized milk chocolate mousse, brownie, salt caramel and pecan
