If you’ve decided to get married, we´re here for you! Our parole is that nothing is impossible. Start your gathering
with a glass of champagne at one of our two terraces, afterwards we move to our banquet hall where our great chefs
and service staff awaits. Our facilities can host up to 300 guests. We´re here for you from day one of planning
until coffee and cake is served to the guests.

Below you will find the two packages we offer especially for weddings,
all for making things a bit less complicated for you.

With our modern spaces that easily be modified to fit your event and gastronomy that is way and beyond we dare to promise you a successful function.  No requests are impossible for us and we gladly help planning the event together with you. During the years we’ve co-operated with plenty of great people and companies. Therefore we can also assist you if you need some entertainment or a special theme.

The menus are adjusted depending on the season, some ingredients may vary.

The snacks from till kitchen always varies depending on the season and which ingredients that is in season at the time. However, we always offer three different snacks; one vegetarian, one with fish/seafood and one with meat.

Our bread serving with two different newly baked breads from our bakery and a lightly whipped butter

Starters
Nettle soup with smoked mackerel and the kitchen’s own sourcream, served with roasted sourdough croutons from Bröd & Sovel and a crispy salad of pea shoots and radishes from Solmarka Gård

Or

Grilled white asparagus with lumpfish-roe and baked egg from Gårdsby, served with Buerre Blanc with lemon and
puffed sourdough with chili and spring herbs

Or

Dill and juniper marinated salmon from Skagen with a variation on green asparagus from Österlen, served with trout roe,
elderberry vinaigrette from Odensjö and spring herbs from our garden

Main course
Fried corn chicken breast from Munka-Ljungby with a white bean ragout, bacon and ramson,
spring vegetables cooked in butter and a spring salad

Or

Baked trout with lukewarm salad of grilled green asparagus, radishes and pak choi from Vassmolösa,
served with dill-boiled potatoes and a white wine sauce flavored with chives and trout roe

Or

Roasted sirloin steak from selected farms with potato cake flavored with aged cheese and herbs from our garden,
served with roasted primeur carrots and fresh chard from Solmarka Gård and a red wine sauce flavored with Kalamata olives

Dessert
Bröd & Sovel’s dessert in a glass with apple compote, caramel bavaroise, salted caramel and light brownie with browned butter

Helena’s dessert in a glass with a variation on rhubarb and vanilla mousse, lemon glace and oat crunch with cardamom
