If you’ve decided to get married, we´re here for you! Our parole is that nothing is impossible. Start your gathering with a glass of champagne at one of our two terraces, afterwards we move to our banquet hall where our great chefs and service staff awaits. Our facilities can host up to 300 guests. We´re here for you from day one of planning until coffee and cake is served to the guests.

With our modern spaces that easily be modified to fit your event and gastronomy that is way and beyond we dare to promise you a successful function.  No requests are impossible for us and we gladly help planning the event together with you. During the years we’ve co-operated with plenty of great people and companies. Therefore we can also assist you if you need some entertainment or a special theme.

Below you will find a selection of the menus we offer at the moment. The menus are adjusted depending on the season, some ingredients may vary.

The snacks from till kitchen always varies depending on the season and which ingredients that is in season at the time. However, we always offer three different snacks; one vegetarian, one with fish/seafood and one with meat.

Whole baked celeriac from Solmarka Farm with a crème of celery, pears flavoured with our home-made spices, preserved lingonberries, salt-roasted almonds and warm-smoked eel from Gårdsfisk

Seared rooster from Dalby with stewed point cabbage from Botulf flavoured with Västerbotten cheese, pickled pumpkin, crispy kale and a veal gravy with pickled mustard seeds

Ingrids dessert served in a glass with a variation blackcurrant flavoured with lavender from our garden, a mousse of cream cheese and crispy bread crumbs

Blackened salmon with a light purée of cauliflower, served with pickled cucumber, powan roe, horseradish and an emulsion of cauliflower and watercress

Tenderized Swedish sirloin with a potato terrine, served with onions, thyme, glazed beets from Solmarka Farm and a sherry sautéed green cabbage with a gravy of thyme oil

Pastry Chef Jon´s chocolate dessert with salt caramel, pecans and brownie

Terrine of pork shoulder from Olinge and natural foie gras with a variation of Jerusalem artichoke, served with a pickled winter apple, crisp of Mörka Småland bread and water cress

Skrei from Lofoten baked with butter and a purée of roasted carrots from Solmarka Farm, served with honey-glazed silver onion, crispy potatoes and a shellfish vinaigrette of tarragon and chives

Baked vanilla cheesecake with curd of blood orange, marinated citrus and cookie crumbs
