Conference - Day packages
During a one day conference with us at PM banquet & conference you will have plenty of time to discuss important questions and making strategic decisions. Throughout the day our chefs will have time to really show what our region of Småland has to offer. A one day conference with us starts during the morning when we serve a morning refreshments including top notch coffee, freshly baked sandwiches and newly pressed juice. It then continues with a lunch followed by a classic swedish “fika” where you can enjoy a large variety of sweets from our pastry chef.
In total we offer three different packages.
You may call us naive but we believe what we serve sets the tone for the day. In total we offer four bigger conference rooms and two smaller rooms, perfect for executive board meetings. Conference package climate-smart – minimum 30 persons – From 498 kr per person ex VAT (are you less then 30 persons? Call us to request a quote)
The package includes:
– conference room
– water
– fruit
– lighter meal served in the morning and in the afternoon
– lunch
The difference compared to our ordinarie packages is that all food served throughout the day puts the environment in focus, of course without compromise quality and flavor. As a base the menus we offer in this package is vegetarian but if you would like to add meat from animal brought up on 100 % natural pasture or MSC-certified fish. This will be added for an additional fee of 40 SEK ex vat per person. We are convinced that this package not only is friendly against our environment but also will help the participants to increase the productivity.
Below you will find a few examples of what we serve at each meal:

Morning:
– Oat meal with apple sauce, preserved lingonberries and browned butter
– Our bread Mörka Småland with a mushroom paté, dried mushroom, pickled onions and parsley
– Risifrutti with melon marinated in mint
Lunch:
– Risotto of roasted pumpkin, orange, grated leek, chili, salad of grated fennel and ginger
– Soup of carrot and cumin served with roasted root vegetables, potatoes and croutons
– Cassoulet of cabbage, beans, carrots, cocos and curry
Afternoon:
– Shot of sea buckthorn and ginger
– Dades and energy bar of quinoa
– Cinnamon buns and muffins

The package includes:
– conference room
– water
– fruit
– lighter meal served in the morning and in the afternoon
– lunch
In this package we serve a fresh sandwich in the morning with bread from our own bakery. At lunch a warm meal is served together with a salad, bread and water. In the afternoon sweets from our Pastry Chef is served together with coffee or tea, ecological of course.

Conference package extraordinaire – minimum 15 persons – From 750 kr per person ex VAT (are you less then 15 persons? Call us to request a quote)
The package includes:
– conference room
– water
– fruit
– breakfast buffet in morning and a dessert buffet in the afternoon – extended menu – see below
– three course lunch
In this package we offer a rich morning buffet including cold-pressed juice, “smörrebröd” á la PM, fresh sandwiches and smoothies.
At lunch a three course menu is composed for you. In the afternoon we serve a extended dessert buffet including a “cake buffet de luxe”, sweets and pralines from our pastry chef.
