With our modern spaces that easily be modified to fit your event and gastronomy that is way and beyond we dare to promise you a successful function. No requests are impossible for us and we gladly help planning the event together with you. During the years we’ve co-operated with plenty of great people and companies. Therefore we can also assist you if you need some entertainment or a special theme.

The menus are adjusted depending on the season, some ingredients may vary.
SNACKS & CANAPÉS
The snacks from till kitchen always varies depending on the season and which ingredients that is in season at the time. However, we always offer three different snacks; one vegetarian, one with fish/seafood and one with meat.

Starters
Spicy soup of pumpkin from Öland flavored with ginger, lemongrass, orange and chili, served with
pickled and pan-fried pumpkin, ”Halland Siren” from Kvibille Dairy and oven-baked brioche with pumpkin seeds

Milk-baked pike-perch with Amandine potatoes from Stellan in Bläsinge and soured yellow beets from Botulf,
served with a crème of ”Gammel Knas” cheese, a vinaigrette of asparagus oil and elder capers from Odensjö
Main course
Pan-fried breast of corn chicken from Munka-Ljungby with chanterelles from Småland,
beans and purple cabbage from Botulf, served with potatoes au gratin and Sauce Suprême flavored with sherry

Seared trout with a crème of fresh corns and pan-fried black cabbage from Solmarka Farm, pickled apple,
sea buckthorns and a browned seafood hollandaise

Dry-aged Swedish sirloin of free-range cattle from selected farms with tender beetroots from Vassmolösa,
served with rye crisp aand pickled blackcurrants from our garden, Sauce Bordelaise and Pommes Lyonnaise
