Now you have the chance to visit two of Scandinavias most renowned and respected restaurants as PM & Vänner and Daniel Berlin Krog join forces in a collaboration with the slogan Michelin Trail in order to highlight the unique gastronomical destination Skåne and Småland is.

There is very few people who hasn’t heard about Daniel Berlin Krog and the success Daniel with team have had or how about this resume; Two stars in Guide Michelin this year, ranked as the 5th best restaurant in Europe by Opinionated About Dining 2019 and Best Wine Experience in Sweden 2019 by White Guide. If you would ask them how they describe their philosophy themselves, this would be the answer:

At PM & Vänner we continue to follow our philosophy forest, lake and meadow and are proud to once again receive a star in Guide Michelin. Previous awards include Best Business Restaurant by Dagens Industri and numerous award for our wine program with the Grand Award (only restaurant in Sweden) from Wine Spectator Magazine. Our hotel has also been highly praised since opening in 2014, latest award was Best Hotel Experience by White Guide in 2019.

During two days you as a guest can enjoy each restaurants tasting menu, in which order you decide yourself. Accommodation is also included and as that isn’t enough, this is all for a discounted price.

This package is bookable for stays Wednesday-Sundays and therefore dinner on Wednesdays to Saturday during the period 11th of March until 13th of June and from 2nd of September until 17th of December. The following is included:

– Free access to our pools, sauna and gym

Price: 4 985 SEK per person (Ordinary price when booked separate 5 930 SEK)

Important information about Michelin Trail:

– As a guest you can choose in which order you would like to visit each restaurant
– Visit at Daniel Berlin Krog can be booked for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
– Visit at PM & Vänner Hotel can be booked for Friday and Saturday
– Payment is handled at each restaurant / hotel
– Please note your reservation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from us
– Beverage paring is not included and shall be choosen onsite or in advance
– Visits must be done in consecutive days
